WASHINGTON, Dec. 3 -- Rep. John Ratcliffe, R-Texas, issued the following news release:
Rep. John Ratcliffe (R-Texas) announced Denison High School students as the winner and runner up for the 2019 Congressional App Challenge for Texas' 4th District today.
The winning team included Kyle Mershon and Wyatt Gidney, who worked together to create an app called "Sky(3)."
