LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas, Dec. 3 -- Gov. Asa Hutchinson, R-Arkansas, issued the following news release:
Governor Asa Hutchinson today announced his intention to appoint Wendy Ryals to the Arkansas Parole Board. Ryals will replace Dawne Vandiver. Her term will begin on January 15, 2020, and expire on January 14, 2027.
