WASHINGTON, Dec. 2 -- Sens. Charles E. Grassley, R-Iowa, and Ron Wyden, D-Oregon, chairman and ranking member of the Senate Finance Committee, issued the following joint statement regarding the U.S. Trade Representative's findings following a Sec. 301 investigation into France's digital services tax:
