WASHINGTON, Dec. 2 -- Sen. John Hoeven, R-North Dakota, issued the following statement after the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers awarded Fisher Sand and Gravel, Dickinson, North Dakota, with a contract to construct the border wall in Yuma, Arizona. Fisher Industries will receive nearly $270 million of a $400 million contract:
