NPPA General Counsel Mickey Osterreicher sent a letter to the Monroe County, New York on November 28, 2019, to members of the legislature to include in the official record and hearing regarding the proposed county law "Prohibited Harassment of a Police Officer, Peace Officer or First Responder in Monroe County" (hereinafter referred to as the "Harassment Law")." . . .
