WASHINGTON, Dec. 2 -- Sen. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, issued the following news release:
U.S. Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH) announced his Preventing Animal Cruelty and Torture (PACT) Act was signed into law before the Thanksgiving holiday last week.
