WASHINGTON, Dec. 2 -- Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, chairman of the Senate Finance Committee, issued the following joint statement with Sen. Ron Wyden, D-Oregon, regarding the U.S. Trade Representative's findings following a Section 301 investigation under the Trade Act of 1974 into France's digital services tax:
"The French digital services tax is unreasonable, protectionist and discriminatory.
