WASHINGTON, Nov. 27 -- Rep. Carolyn Maloney, D-New York, chairwoman of the House Oversight and Reform Committee, issued the following statement in response to a report from the Homeland Security Inspector General detailing how the Trump administration separated immigrant children from their families even though they knew they could not track them:
