CHARLESTON, West Virginia, Nov. 26 -- The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources issued the following news release:
The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources (DHHR) today filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia a motion to dismiss the complaint filed in Jonathan R. et al. v. Justice et al. (Case No. 19-cv-00710), by A Better Childhood, a New York-based advocacy group, against the State of West Virginia.
