WASHINGTON, Nov. 25 -- Rep. David Cicilline, D-Rhode Island, a member of the House Judiciary Committee, issued the following statement on the District Court for the District of Columbia ruling on House Judiciary Committee vs. ex-White House Counsel Don McGahn:
