WASHINGTON, Nov. 21 -- Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, issued the following news release:
Today on the floor, U.S. Senator John Cornyn (R-TX) emphasized the importance of ratifying the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA), which would include provisions to bolster the North American Development Bank (NADB), improving cross-border trade between the U.S. and Mexico.
