WASHINGTON, Nov. 22 -- The American Health Care Association issued the following statement by President and CEO Mark Parkinson on the staffing bill (S. 2943) sponsored by Sen. Richard Blumenthal, D-Connecticut, that includes revisions to minimum nurse staffing requirements for skilled nursing centers:
