ODESSA, Texas, Nov. 22 -- The Texas Department of Transportation issued the following news:
Three projects to install median barriers in various places across the Odessa District will begin in early December.
All three projects will require lane closures and shoulder closures in the work areas. The closures will vary in duration and location, but overnight closures will be kept to a minimum and only used in extreme circumstances.
