WASHINGTON, Nov. 22 -- Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick, R-Pennsylvania, issued the following news release:
Congressman Fitzpatrick (PA-01) and Congresswoman Annie Kuster (NH-02), the Co-Chairs of the Bipartisan Heroin & Opioid Taskforce, introduced the Extend Act - a bipartisan bill that will help the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) continue to treat fentanyl-related substances as Schedule I substances.
