AUSTIN, Texas, Nov. 21 -- The Texas Water Development Board issued the following news release:
The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) today approved by resolution financial assistance in the amount of $60,560,000, consisting of a $56,310,000 loan and $4,250,000 in loan forgiveness, from the Clean Water State Revolving Fund to the City of Port Arthur (Jefferson and Orange counties).
