CONCORD, Massachusetts, Nov. 21 -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers issued the following news release:
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District is seeking public comment on the Proposed Plan for Environmental Restoration (Proposed Plan) for the Tidal Flats and Outfall-008 drainage ditch sediments, a preferred mechanical dredging and on-site beneficial re-use of sediments alternative, at the Stratford Army Engine Plant Site located in Stratford, Connecticut.
