WASHINGTON, Nov. 21 -- Rep. Lizzie Fletcher, D-Texas, issued the following statement after voting against the Safe, Accountable, Fair and Environmentally Responsible Act Pipelines Act (H.R. 5120), otherwise known as SAFER Pipelines Act, at the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee:
