WASHINGTON, Nov. 21 -- Rep. Vicente Gonzalez, D-Texas, issued the following statement on Twitter urging Mexico and U.S. to include security in discussions for the passage of the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement:
Security for cross-border commerce and tourism remains a major concern for Congressman Gonzalez as Mexican highways are vulnerable to crime.
