WASHINGTON, Nov. 21 -- The Nuclear Regulatory Commission issued the following news release:
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has accepted for review Nuclear Development's application to transfer the construction permits for the Tennessee Valley Authority's unfinished Bellefonte reactors near Scottsboro, Ala.
Nuclear Development submitted the permit transfer application on Nov. 13, 2018, and supplemented its application earlier this year following discussions with NRC . . .
