NEW HAVEN, Connecticut, Nov. 20 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of Connecticut, John H. Durham, issued the following news release:

Durham, United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut, today announced that the government has reached a settlement agreement under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 ("ADA") with CONCENTRA, which will ensure access to effective communication for deaf and hard of hearing individuals at Concentra's patient-facing . . .
