Congressman Jim Langevin (D-RI) today announced that Victor Morente has joined his staff as Communications Director. Morente previously served as Press Secretary for the City of Providence where he was a spokesperson and primary media contact for several municipal departments and Mayor Jorge O. Elorza's Executive Office.
