University of Texas Distinguished Alumna Teresa Lozano Long will be honored with the National Humanities Medal by President Donald Trump during a White House ceremony on Thursday, Nov. 21.
The National Endowment for the Humanities awards the medal annually to honor "individuals or groups whose work has deepened the nation's understanding of the humanities and broadened our citizens . . .
