WASHINGTON, Nov. 20 -- Rep. Jerrold Nadler, D-New York, chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, issued the following opening remarks at the markup of the Affordable Prescriptions for Patients Through Promoting Competition Act (H.R. 5133):
