WASHINGTON, Nov. 20 -- Rep. Ruben Gallego, D-Arizona, issued the following statement regarding the testimony on the impeachment inquiry of President Trump:
"The case is clear: President Trump abused his power and extorted Ukraine by withholding military assistance in exchange for a commitment to interfere in the 2020 elections of the United States to his own political benefit. That is an impeachable offense.
