TEMPLE, Texas, Nov. 19 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Rural Development - Texas office issued the following news release:
State Director for Rural Development Edd Hargett today announced that USDA is investing $9.4 million to improve water systems and wastewater handling services in rural communities in Texas. USDA is funding the projects through the Water and Waste Disposal Loan and Grant program.
