NEW YORK, Nov. 19 -- Rep. Carolyn Maloney, D-New York, co-chair of the House Census Caucus and author of the 2020 Census IDEA Act, issued the following statement in support of Gov. Andrew Cuomo's $60 million investment in 2020 Census outreach efforts:
"The 2020 Census determines critical funding and representation for New York State, and we cannot afford to get it wrong.
