WASHINGTON, Nov. 19 -- The Association of Pennsylvania State College and University Faculties issued the following news release:
Negotiations between the union representing coaches at Pennsylvania's state-owned universities and Pennsylvania's State System of Higher Education continued Monday, Nov. 18, at Dixon University Center in Harrisburg.
