WASHINGTON, Nov. 19 -- Rep. Marcia L. Fudge, D-Ohio, chairwoman of the House Agriculture subcommittee on Nutrition, Oversight and Department Operations, issued the following statement at a hearing with Naomi Earp, Agriculture deputy assistant secretary for Civil Rights:
