WASHINGTON, Nov. 19 -- Rep. Rosa L. DeLauro, D-Connecticut, issued the following statement after voting to continue funding the government through Dec. 20:
"While the House of Representatives worked diligently to pass 10 of 12 appropriations bills before August, delays from Senate Republicans mean we still need time to finalize funding for fiscal year 2020.
"Nevertheless, this continuing resolution avoids another harmful government shutdown and includes a well . . .
