WASHINGTON, Nov. 19 -- Rep. Bruce Westerman, R-Arkansas, issued the following statement after U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer and Agriculture Secretary Sonny Perdue announced a trade agreement with South Korea regarding market access for U.S. rice:
