BALTIMORE, Maryland, Nov. 18 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of Maryland, Robert K. Hur, issued the following news release:
Eagle Alliance, a Northrop Grumman partnership, has paid the United States $110,000 to resolve False Claims Act allegations that it improperly billed the government for computer hardware.
