WASHINGTON, Nov. 18 -- Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-California, issued the following statement after joining as a co-sponsor of the Horseracing Integrity Act, a bipartisan bill introduced by Senators Kirsten Gillibrand, D-New York, and Martha McSally, R-Arizona, to end doping of racehorses and create a uniform national standard for drug testing:
