Congressman Henry Cuellar (TX-28) the Vice Chair of the U.S. House of Representatives Homeland Security Appropriations Subcommittee, met with Melissa Cigarroa, Board President of The Rio Grande International Study Center, as well as Laredo constituents to discuss Trump Administration's efforts to seize private Texas lands, including Eli Jackson Cemetery, for the construction of the border wall.
