BROOKLYN, New York, Nov. 18 -- Downstate Medical Center issued the following news release:

- Facility to Offer Full Range of Ambulatory Surgery Services

SUNY Downstate Bay Ridge Ambulatory Surgery Center has reopened and is once again providing comprehensive ambulatory surgery services. SUNY Downstate has not offered any services at this location since a fire caused significant damage to the facility in September of 2018.
