Texas Gov. Abbott Appoints Bennett as Director of the Regulatory Compliance Division

AUSTIN, Texas, Nov. 18 -- Gov. Greg Abbott, R-Texas, issued the following news release:

Governor Greg Abbott has appointed Erin Bennett as the Director of the Regulatory Compliance Division within the Office of the Governor for a term set to expire on February 1, 2021. Established by SB 1995 during the 86thLegislative Session, the Regulatory Compliance Division is a new division that will review rules affecting market competition proposed by state licensing agencies.
