WASHINGTON, Nov. 18 -- Rep. Elise Stefanik, R-New York, issued the following news release:
Following the letter Congresswoman Stefanik and Congressman Brindisi sent to Governor Cuomo earlier this month requesting a Joint Preliminary Damage Assessment (PDA), this week FEMA will begin working with state and local officials to conduct a thorough assessment of the damage from the devastating storms that occurred on October 31. Once the PDA is complete, the Governor may submit a disaster . . .
