BEAUMONT, Texas, Nov. 15 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Texas, Joseph D. Brown, issued the following news release:
A 59-year-old Beaumont mental health care counselor has pleaded guilty to health care fraud in the Eastern District of Texas, announced U.S. Attorney Joseph D. Brown today.
Douglas Duane Franklin pleaded guilty to an Information charging him with health care fraud today before U.S. Magistrate Judge Zack Hawthorn.
