WASHINGTON, Nov. 15 -- Rep. Eliot Engel, D-New York, chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee, and Rep. Carolyn B. Maloney, acting chairwoman of the House Oversight and Reform Committee, issued the following joint statement on the release of a State Department Inspector General report on the Trump administration's mistreatment of career department employees:
