Today, U.S. Congressman Van Taylor (TX-03) recognized the efforts of eight Collin County cities who received this year's Tree City USA designation by the Arbor Day Foundation.
While speaking on the House Floor, Rep. Taylor stated, "Allen, Fairview, Frisco, McKinney, Murphy, Plano, Prosper, and Wylie - all located within Collin County - have proven they care about ensuring the enviro . . .
