WASHINGTON, Nov. 15 -- Sen. Joe Manchin, D-West Virginia, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senators Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Susan Collins (R-ME) today applauded the passage of their resolution, S. Res 423, to recognize November as National Homeless Children and Youth Awareness Month. The resolution passed the Senate unanimously.
