WASHINGTON, Nov. 15 -- Rep. Vicente Gonzalez, D-Texas, issued the following statement after House passage of the U.S. Export Finance Agency Act (H.R. 4863) that reauthorizes and expands the Export-Import Bank:
"The passage of this legislation will allow the EXIM Bank to continue financing sales of U.S. exports to international markets, creating and sustaining American jobs.
"In the 15th District of Texas alone, the Bank is responsible for $52 million dollars i . . .
