WASHINGTON, Nov. 15 -- Rep. Andy Biggs, R-Arizona, issued the following statement:
Today, the U.S. House of Representatives passed H.R. 4863 to reauthorize the Export-Import Bank (Ex-Im) for ten years and increase its portfolio cap over that period to $175 billion. Congressman Biggs joined 178 fellow Republicans to vote against this bill and offered the following statement:
"Unfortunately, this was another missed opportunity to work together to pass a bipartisan bi . . .
