WASHINGTON, Nov. 14 -- Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Florida, issued the following news release:

U.S. Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) and Senate Committee on Foreign Relations Chairman Jim Risch (R-ID) initiated a process for the Senate to quickly pass their Hong Kong Human Rights and Democracy Act (S. 1838).
