WASHINGTON, Nov. 14 -- Rep. Jerrold Nadler, D-New York, chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, issued the following joint statement with Rep. Karen Bass, D-California, chairwoman of the Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism and Homeland Security, on the shooting at Saugus High School in Santa Clarita, California:
