WASHINGTON, Nov. 14 -- Rep. Jerrold Nadler, D-New York, chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, issued the following opening statement at the Subcommittee on Courts, Intellectual Property and the Internet hearing entitled "Examining the Use of 'Snap' Removals to Circumvent the Forum Defendant Rule":
