WASHINGTON, Nov. 13 -- Rep. Eliot L. Engel, D-New York, chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, issued the following statement on President Trump's White House meeting with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan:
"Trump's meeting with Erdogan let Turkey off the hook for invading Syria, causing a mass exodus of Kurds, and purchasing the S-400 missile system from Russia.
