NEW YORK, Nov. 13 -- The Doctors Without Borders/Medecins Sans Frontieres issued the following news:

Over the past few weeks, preparations to introduce a new Ebola vaccine have been underway in two health districts in Goma, the capital of Democratic Republic of Congo's (DRC) North Kivu province and a city of two million people.
