Johnson Controls to Implement Infrastructure Improvements in 43 Facilities Throughout Lubbock County, Texas

MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin, Nov. 12 -- Johnson Controls, a producers of automotive parts such as batteries and electronics and HVAC equipment for buildings, issued the following news release:

Johnson Controls will help Lubbock County, Texas address deferred maintenance in 43 facilities, improving lighting, HVAC and plumbing as well as installing a building asset management system. The upgrades will be enabled through a Tax-Exempt Lease Purchase (TELP) that is expected to produce $7.3 mill . . .
