WASHINGTON, Nov. 12 -- Rep. Eliot Engel, D-New York, issued the following statement regarding the Supreme Court's decision to allow the parents of children killed in the Sandy Hook massacre to sue Remington Arms in Remington Arms Co. vs. Soto:
