The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation today announced the five communities chosen to receive the 2019 RWJF Culture of Health Prize. The Prize honors and elevates communities at the forefront of advancing health, opportunity, and equity for all. The 2019 Prize winners are: Broward County, Fla.; Gonzales, Calif.; Greenville County, S.C.; Lake County, Colo.; and Sitka, Alaska.
